⭐ TRAINER SPOTLIGHT ⭐ Meet Arturo (@arturochirinos) - Born and raised in Barquismeto, Venezuela, Arturo loves to train Calisthenics (think: handstands, clap pushups, balancing and more) and thinks everyone should train or do physical activity at least 30 minutes per day 5 times a week. Arturo first started boxing because he wanted to know how to punch, but also loves the fun cardio. When he's not coaching at TFM, you can find Arturo at a park training Calisthenics.

You can sweat with Arturo at TFM on Tuesdays at 7:20pm and Sundays at 9:20am and 10:30am! Book on the Tapout Fitness app or ClassPass.
